Le projet P1 a pour but de recueillir les connaissances disponibles sur les plans national et international et d’identifier celles qui font défaut. Le sondage sectoriel mis en place permet de localiser et de classer par ordre de priorité les points critiques et de recueillir des données sur les conditions d’exploitation. Ces informations joueront un rôle important lors des futures simulations. Plusieurs objectifs ont été définis. Les diverses publications sont présentées ci-dessous.
