Le projet 2 consiste à élaborer, pour la voie métrique, les bases du conditionnement des champignons de rail (SKK) et de la lubrification des boudins (SKS). Pour ce faire, il est prévu de définir, sur tout le réseau, l’utilisation optimisée et combinée des deux systèmes. Plusieurs objectifs ont été définis.
